The Breakers condominiums may specialize in condo rentals, but our Fort Walton Beach property is also ideal for an intimate wedding reception or celebratory event venue. Voted as one of the top Gulf Front beaches to visit by Flipkey, our location offers the serenity of a tropical getaway with all the amenities of our 100-guest event room. We wish to create a moment that can be talked about for years following the occasion. At The Breakers, we believe in keeping those memories alive – escaping the rat race long enough to indulge in a slice of paradise. Whether it’s a wedding, anniversary, business meeting, company party, or family reunion, we have something to create your moment and incite many memories.

Our staff is happy to work with your preferred area event planners and vendors and can arrange amenities including special room rates for your guests upon request (depending on availability) at resorts near Fort Walton Beach Florida.

You must use a preferred wedding vendor to rent the Association Room. A list of approved preferred wedding vendors can be found here.

After the room is reserved, we will need to have the Association Room Contract filled out.
