From the outside, Props Brewery & Grill is a pleasant enough looking place, holding up the anchor spot in a standard stucco strip mall, although the metal propellers that bookend the name do add a distinctive design touch. Once inside, however, industrial chic architecture, shiny steel brewing tanks, and the glimpse of the Hangar Room hidden behind giant arched doors gives you the feeling that you’re not in Florida anymore! Ceiling fans with propellers designed to look as if they came off a classic Cessna 172 Skyhawk that could be hidden in the Hangar Room complete the airplane themed décor. Personable staff and friendly guests give the spot the perfect finishing touch, making it obvious that this is where you will enjoy spending more than a few hours of your Florida journey!
